Source of Success (SOS) is an interscholastic, youth-led educational platform that makes leadership, mentorship, and real-world insights accessible to young people across Thailand and beyond. In a country where many people have internet access but limited exposure to meaningful conversations with changemakers, SOS bridges that gap by transforming interviews with leaders into accessible forms of alternative education and additional teaching materials for students and schools.
Through our interview series, we connect students with entrepreneurs, policymakers, creatives, celebrities, and industry leaders to explore how they define “success” in their own lives. More importantly, we ask the questions that young people genuinely care about—questions surrounding leadership, wellness, inequality, identity, failure, purpose, and the future. Because SOS is led collaboratively by students from different schools and backgrounds, our conversations are relatable, relevant, and designed for the next generation.
Beyond inspiration, these interviews are transformed into additional teaching materials through SOS Extension, where students engage in workshops, classroom discussions, English-learning activities, and leadership reflections based on real-world conversations with role models. This allows students—especially those in underserved provincial communities—to critically analyze ideas, build confidence in communication, and connect classroom learning to real societal issues.
At its core, Source of Success encourages young people to define success on their own terms and become the best versions of themselves—not through status or prestige, but through purpose, empathy, curiosity, and impact.
SOS transforms leadership interviews into educational opportunities for underserved youth.

“SOS helped me learn new ideas like social stratification and the social divide. It made me think more deeply about inequality in society and how different people experience opportunities differently.”

“Watching the interviews made me more confident speaking English and sharing my opinions in class. I even learned new vocabulary words and started thinking more carefully about the kind of leader I want to become. I look up to my mother because she leads with kindness.”
